Thomas Macaulay Pangea Group is a cross-border capital markets platform spanning Nigeria, Canada, and Mauritius, anchored by a SEC Nigeria Issuing House licence and built to execute at the highest levels of international institutional practice.
Africa's infrastructure financing gap exceeds $400 billion annually. TMPG is built to be one of the platforms that close this gap, with the regulatory anchor, the institutional relationships, and the cross-border structure to execute at scale.
Thomas Macaulay Capital Limited holds an active Issuing House licence in Nigeria, a highly regulated authorisation that requires significant time, expertise, and institutional credibility to obtain. This licence forms the regulatory and operational foundation of the Group and creates a barrier to entry that cannot be replicated quickly.
We bring the rigour of institutional execution standards to the Nigerian capital market, combined with on-the-ground relationships, regulatory fluency, and market intelligence that only a deeply rooted local institution possesses.
TMPG is an integrated capital markets platform designed to connect African businesses, investors, and global pools of institutional capital. The Group's long-term vision is to establish a modern African financial institution with capabilities spanning capital formation, asset management, corporate finance, investment banking, and cross-border advisory services.

We originate, structure, and underwrite debt capital markets transactions for Nigerian corporates, state governments, and infrastructure sponsors.
We structure bespoke credit facilities and private placements for issuers who require flexibility, speed, or complexity that the public bond market cannot accommodate. Our institutional relationships enable blended finance architecture that unlocks concessional capital.
We provide independent, execution-grade advisory services to issuers, acquirers, and boards across the full capital structure. Our advice is shaped by 20+ years of executed transactions in Nigerian and Sub-Saharan African markets.
TMPG is launching a programme of Africa-focused investment funds, focused on financial inclusion in Nigeria and West Africa. Our mandate is to deploy structured private capital into the institutions, fintechs, and entrepreneurs building the formal financial ecosystem from the ground up.
Financial inclusion is the master vertical: every major impact and return theme in African private markets flows through it. We do not need to be generalists to be diversified, we are specialists in the right place.
Nigeria's energy access gap is one of the largest financing opportunities in Africa. We are building the structuring and distribution capability to channel international climate capital from the Green Climate Fund, bilateral DFIs, and climate-mandated pension funds into bankable Nigerian energy transition projects.
Our three-jurisdiction structure across Nigeria, Mauritius, and Canada enables us to originate in Africa and distribute to international institutional investors through structures they understand and trust. We are the bridge between African deal flow and global capital.
The Group serves issuers and investors across the sectors driving African growth.
Power, renewables, and the infrastructure that underpins African growth, from project bonds to blended climate capital.
Capital, funding, and balance-sheet solutions for banks, non-bank lenders, and financial-inclusion institutions.
Capital formation for technology companies and funds, from venture structures to listed vehicles, including fintech.
Structured capital for institutional-grade real estate, spanning development finance and asset-backed structures.
Debt and working-capital programmes for the consumer businesses that anchor Nigeria’s commercial paper market.
Africa’s creative industries now generate real, growing, hard-currency cash flows. TMPG is building the capital markets architecture that converts creative activity into investable assets: verified royalty data, perfected rights, structured financing, and institutional distribution.

Ring-fencing provisions in the TMPG constitutional documents ensure that TMC's regulatory capital cannot be upstreamed to the parent company without the prior written consent of SEC Nigeria.
